Richard attends many conventions during the year, usually helping Big Finish on the stand in the dealers' room, although he can also be found on satge - sometimes interviewing and sometimes being interviewed!

Richard was a guest at this, the biggest Doctor Who convention in the world. Held in LA, Gallifrey - or "Gally" as it's known - saw him take part in discussion panels and events throughout the weekend including Big Finish panels, writing Doctor Who and deconstructing Matt Smith (who richard has written for in prose and comic strip). He also be interviewed 5th Doctor, Peter Davison live infront of some 2,500 fans.

While there he sat on two panels but also facilitated the "Classic Companions' Round Table" of (from left to right) John Levine, Katy Manning, Frazer Hines, Debbie Watling and Anneke Wills. RICHARD'S DOCTOR WHO BOOK - OUT NOW!
Richard's 2in1 Doctor Who novel has been released by Penguin/BBC Books. Called Alien Adventures, the book features both his own story The Underwater War and Rain of Terror by Mike Tucker.
RICHARD APPOINTED ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Richard has been appointed Assistant Producer of the next season of Sherlock Holmes audios from Big Finish. The new plays have started their release run.
SHERLOCK HOLMES ADAPTATIONS
Richard is working on adaptaions of two Sherlock Holmes stories for Big Finish. The Hound of the Baskervilles is due for release in December 2011 and The Tangled Skein in January 2012.
DOCTOR WHO: RECORDED TIME
Richard has written an episode for the Sixth Doctor and Peri which will form part of Big Finish's 150th Monthly Release, Recorded Time and Other Stories, out now!
RUNNER UP IN NATIONAL SCRIPT COMPETITION
Richard was recently announced as one of five runners up in the Duracell MyGrid scriptwriting competition that attracted hundreds of entries.
